Estimates, not advice
The tools and articles give general information and estimates based on the figures you enter and the rules as we understand them on the date shown. They are not professional advice for your situation. Before acting on a result, especially on tax, investment, lending or legal matters, speak to a qualified adviser. Floray accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of an estimate alone.
Business plans
Plans written with the Business Plan Builder are produced from your answers. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for any plan you submit to a lender, investor or grant body. Projections are illustrations, not forecasts we guarantee.
Your account
Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You must not use the service to break the law, upload harmful content, or try to reach other people's data. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your content
You own the records and plans you create. You allow us to store and process them to provide the service. We do not use them for anything else.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available and accurate but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or withdraw features.
Engagements
Paid advisory work is covered by a separate engagement letter that sets out scope, fees and responsibilities. These website terms do not create an advisory relationship.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
